Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all equipment.

About the Role

Our client, a leading industrial operation, is seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to join their technical team in Upington, Northern Cape . This critical role ensures the efficient planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities for industrial equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency. The Maintenance Planner & Scheduler will be responsible for developing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating work orders, managing spare parts inventory, and liaising with internal departments and external service providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
