Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable operation of a highly technical facility. You will plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities across preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, coordinating with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership to maximize asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS for work order planning, scheduling, asset tracking, and reliability reporting.
• Experience supporting plant outages, shutdowns, turnarounds, or major maintenance projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience across electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and industrial process systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders to maximize equipment availability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians, contractors, operations, and engineering.
• Develop outage plans, inspection programs, and reliability initiatives.
• Create, review, and close maintenance work orders with accurate labor and materials data.
• Support capital projects and asset management strategies.
