Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Identify root causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Record damaged or worn parts and order/install replacements as needed.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance.
• Collaborate on modifications required for new products and tests.
• Suggest improvements and participate in solution implementation.
• Wear PPE as required to promote a zero-accident culture.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
