Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and belt changes as needed.
• Identify root causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair quickly to reduce downtime.
• Record and report damaged or worn parts and install replacements.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, organize inventory, and stock tools and supplies.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance.
• Collaborate on modifications and test runs with product teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead or participate in solution implementations.
• Wear PPE in all required areas to promote safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
