Job summary

Jobot is seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Technicians for all shifts at a leading food manufacturer in Milwaukee. You will support production by maintaining and repairing production lines, performing preventative maintenance, and handling equipment installation and alignment to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Shifts include 1st (6am–3pm), 2nd (2pm–11pm), and 3rd (10pm–7am). Overtime and a 5-day workweek with Tue/Wed/Thu off are available; generous benefits, 401(k) with match, and

• 5+ years' experience with mechanical repair, plumbing, welding and electrical repair.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot controls including PLCs, VFDs, servos and robotics.

Job Details

We are currently hiring experienced Electro-Mechanical Technicians across all shifts!

1st- 6am to 3pm
2nd- 2pm to 11pm
3rd- 10pm to 7am

Our maintenance team members work every other weekend and enjoy a 5-day workweek by scheduling days off on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Overtime opportunities are also available for those who want to earn more.

You will support our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.

Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.

Be involved in all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC's, VFD's, servos, robotics, and programmable devices.

Utilizing knowledge from your 5+ years' experience with mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair to facilitate seamless production functionality to deliver daily production goals.
Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.
Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
