• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a large scale food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Perform electromechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues with equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues that may impact production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
• Assist in developing and implementing new maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Perform electromechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve any issues with equipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with electromechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with others to achieve team goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
