Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You’ll troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across processing, packaging, warehouse systems, and plant utilities, while supporting highly automated equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics
• 480V 3-phase troubleshooting and wiring
• Low-voltage controls, VFDs and servo systems
• Welding (MIG, TIG, Arc)
• Pumps, valves, gearboxes
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Mill and lathe experience preferred
• CMMS experience preferred
• Food or dairy manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work active shifts

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across processing, packaging, warehouse systems, plant utilities
• Support highly automated equipment including fillers, case packers, palletizers, conveyors
• Maintain utility systems including boilers, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration, wastewater
• Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
• Follow GMP, food safety, and housekeeping standards
• Support building maintenance as needed

Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across: Processing, Packaging, Warehouse systems, Plant utilities
• Support highly automated equipment including: Fillers, Case packers, Palletizers, Conveyors
