Responsibilities

• Address process and equipment issues and perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve safety, quality and plant efficiency.
• Follow safety and housekeeping policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Use machines, equipment and measuring tools for alignment, maintenance, welding and repairs.
• Plan and perform lubrication and operational maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Assist with developmental projects and maintain data and reports.
• Follow lock-out tag-out procedures and repair only de-energized equipment.
• Complete motor replacement and wiring repairs as required.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to guide assembly and repair work.
• Travel for training and other duties as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and maintain regular attendance.
