Job summary

Aerotek invites applications for a Maintenance Supervisor role based in Daytona Beach, FL. This hands-on leadership position oversees maintenance operations in an industrial manufacturing setting, ensuring equipment uptime and safe, efficient operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in industrial maintenance, strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC-controlled equipment, plus prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and PLCs.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily maintenance activities for production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic components (pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses).
• Repair and replace motors, bearings, gears, belts, and power transmission parts.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, wiring, controls, sensors, and PLCs.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
