Job summary

You will oversee skilled trades, coordinate activities, and troubleshoot automated equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate has a background in industrial automation, preventive maintenance, and proven leadership, with flexibility to cover all shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in industrial automation with project management.
• Experience troubleshooting automated equipment and control systems.
• Willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced plant.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance and repair for production equipment and facilities.
• Prioritize work for a multi-skilled maintenance team.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic equipment.
• Support continuous improvement in reliability, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards.
• Monitor maintenance metrics like PM completion and downtime.
• Coordinate procurement and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Coach and mentor maintenance technicians.
