Qualifications

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain OSHA, EPA, Florida DEP, AS9100D, ISO 9001, ITAR compliance.
• Budgeting, purchasing, and vendor contract management.
• Lead continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance personnel and outside contractors.
• Establish department goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and decommissioning projects.
• Oversee safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance activities.
