Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance staff, oversee PMs, and collaborate with plant leaders to maintain safety and efficiency in our Tyler, TX facility.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 2+ years of supervision, and hands-on expertise in electrical wiring, PLCs, motor control, and equipment repair. SAP experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge in electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair/installation.

Mansioni

• Maintain floor on shift: schedule and manage hourly workers, execute PMs, and manage line calls.
• Communicate shift handovers and prep with adjacent shifts.
• Review parts requests and monitor parts checkout (Parts Tag Receipt).
• Utilize SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and update breakdown notifications.
• Lead small-scale maintenance projects and drive shift reporting/next-day planning.
• Perform employee reviews and coach technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other policies.
• Support plant leaders in adherence to regulatory requirements.
