Lift Solutions is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to cover the Putnam, CT area. You will drive new business, build strong customer relationships, and expand market share for lifting solutions and safety services.

You will travel to customer sites, present solutions, and train customers on applications and safety requirements while meeting aggressive sales targets and maintaining detailed account records.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience required (B2B preferred).
• Experience in the Industrial Lifting industry is a plus but not required.
• Must be highly motivated, with integrity and strong work ethic.

• Develop and implement new sales initiatives to capture Key Accounts.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with profitable territory growth.
• Analyze top accounts, market conditions, and competition.
• Become an industry resource with product knowledge, safety procedures, and training.
