You will identify prospects, present solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and travel overnight to customer sites while maintaining strong relationships and hitting targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience required, B2B preferred.
• Experience in Industrial Lifting industry (wire rope, chain, rigging; elevator) preferred but not required.
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter with integrity and strong work ethic.
• Proficient in presentation, selling, negotiation, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales initiatives to capture Key Accounts.
• Qualify prospects, set appointments, manage sales cycle to close new business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with profitable growth in the territory.
• Perform market analysis of top accounts and competition.
• Become an industry resource with in‑depth product knowledge.
