Job summary

Stryker is seeking an IT Manufacturing/EPLO Technician to provide onsite support across Manufacturing/EPLO/GQO regions. The role ensures systems run with standard OS, clear ownership, and Industry 4 alignment, while building strong cross-team relationships to meet daily business needs.

Responsibilities include Level 2 desktop/OS support, knowledge-base development, and integration of new manufacturing systems in line with Global IT and Industry 4 standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support in manufacturing or R&D environments.
• Strong communication and relationship skills; ability to influence and lead.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for desktop, OS, antivirus, and applications; document resolution steps.
• Develop knowledge base articles on common issues and day-to-day support.
• Support machine-level integration with Shop Floor systems and guide business and IT teams.
• Contribute to Global IT Projects; align new systems with Industry 4 standards.
• Promote Industry 4.0 standards across Global IT Operations and processes.
• Support incident, problem, change, configuration, and asset processes.
