Job summary

Stryker seeks an IT Manufacturing/EPLO Technician to provide onsite support and escalation for enterprise solutions across the region, aligning with IT Business Partners and Global IT strategy.

You will ensure robust support for Manufacturing/EPLO/GQO systems, maintain standard OS, define business ownership, and integrate new systems in line with Industry 4.0 standards while collaborating with Advance Operations, Engineering and R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS or equivalent preferred.
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
• Industry 4.0 and IT technologies certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act independently to provide Level2 IT support for Manufacturing/EPLO/GQO.
• Develop knowledge base articles for common issues and day-to-day support.
• Guide business/IT teams on hardware and software standards in manufacturing.
• Ensure new manufacturing systems align with Global IT and Industry 4 standards.
• Support incident, change and configuration management within defined processes.
