Air Products is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer of Automation to support critical technology systems in a manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot production-impacting issues on the plant floor and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, IT, and vendor teams to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering, CS, Automation or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Minimum of 5 years supporting IT infrastructure, OT systems or manufacturing technology.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial/plant environments with production-impacting downtime.
• Proven hands-on technical support in environments where downtime affects production.
• Willingness to provide off-hours support for critical outages and deployments.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and resolve production-impacting IT/OT issues on the plant floor.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, IT and vendors to ensure reliable operations.
• Diagnose issues across endpoints, servers, networks, and industrial systems, and document fixes.
