Job summary

Bellwether Technology Corporation in Gramercy, LA, seeks an IT Support Technician to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices in office and plant-floor environments.

You'll support industrial equipment, manage Windows 10/11, Office 365, and SAP access, and maintain deployment docs while following safety and security procedures. TWIC card required; travel between sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT support or helpdesk experience required.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, TCP/IP, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with PPE.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Install and maintain industrial workstation setups (rugged devices, SAP terminals, Wi-Fi units).
• Perform hardware imaging using standard deployment tools (Autopilot/Intune, Meraki MDM).
• Assist with network equipment staging (Meraki switches, APs, MX firewalls).
• Work safely in refinery, warehouse, production lines, and outdoor facilities.
• Support field network devices, mounted access points, and remote site communications.
