Davis-Standard is seeking an Inside Sales representative to manage a territory, retain existing customers, and uncover new opportunities for spare parts and services. You will work with outside sales and internal teams to provide quotes, process orders, and drive growth.

The role requires strong communication, ERP/CRM experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% as needed. A high school diploma is required, with a business admin degree preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years Inside sales experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries for spare parts quickly and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Accurately confirm replacement parts to meet specifications.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Upsell services and make product recommendations.
• Close sales and meet quotas.
• Enter quotes and orders into ERP system.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up.
• Support order picking and shipping as required.
• Stay informed about product updates.
