Job summary

Davis-Standard is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow profitable sales for the assigned territory by retaining current business and uncovering new opportunities for spare parts and related products. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, and enter quotes and orders into the ERP system.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries for spare parts quickly and efficiently
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Accurately confirm replacement parts to meet specifications
Upsell services and make product recommendations
Close sales and meet and exceed company quotas
Enter quotes and orders into ERP system
Identify sales opportunities
Support order picking and shipping as required
Staying informed about product and service information updates
