Job summary

OSC, an industrial distribution company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth and supporting revenue goals, with commission eligibility.

You will generate quotes, respond to inquiries, and proactively contact customers to identify opportunities, aiming to upsell products and services and achieve sales milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems; 3+ years preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes, process sales inquiries, and follow up with customers and prospects.
• Respond to incoming calls, and other customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively contact assigned customers to identify sales opportunities and upsell.
• Achieve established sales goals and milestones within designated timeframes.
• Review and monitor reports to identify opportunities and support sales performance.
• Utilize company CRM.
