CAM Innovation, Inc. is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to drive new business and cultivate relationships within an assigned territory.

The on-site role at our Hanover, PA manufacturing plant collaborates with engineers, plant managers, and executives to deliver cost-efficient motor and coil manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial sales, a business degree, and a proven ability to grow accounts while maintaining CRM records and accurate

Formación

• 5+ years of sales in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or capital equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new customers in OEM manufacturing and industrial markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, referrals.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Manage assigned geographic/market territory.
• Expand business within existing accounts.
• Work closely with engineering, estimating, and sales leadership to develop solutions for customers.
• Represent CAM Innovation at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20%.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide monthly pipeline and forecast updates.
• Track opportunities through all stages of the sales process.
• Other duties, as may be required.
