Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Stafford, TX to build and expand relationships with current customers and the outside sales team. You will provide customer service, product expertise, and timely processing of orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or account management within industrial markets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor P21 a plus).
• Mechanical inclination and quick learner for new processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with current customers and outside sales team.
• Process orders, respond to price and delivery inquiries, and provide product expertise.
• Expedite orders, handle returns, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
• Source quotes from vendors and manage customer communications.
