Job summary

Sonepar USA Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Representative to build strong customer relationships by phone and in person. You will quote prices, process orders, and coordinate with credit, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires effective communication, numerical accuracy, and knowledge of QED systems and MS Office. Base pay is $24/hr plus commission, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from small groups.
• Ability to perform math functions.
• Strong knowledge of QED computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Team player and alignment with QED values.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders by phone or in person to receive customer orders.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products.
• Liaise between customers and multiple departments (credit, warehouse, outside sales, management).
• Provide quotations and estimates of prices, terms and delivery.
• Prepare sales tickets and ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Follow up on quotations to convert to orders.
