Job summary

Qualifications

• Two plus years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Infor SXe is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to timely service.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Self-motivated to improve personal development and performance.

Responsibilities

• Generates customer quotes and proposals via phone, email, or in person.
• Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services.
• Follows up on quotes, negotiates, and closes transactions.
• Coordinates shipping and material information to ensure timely delivery.
• Enters orders in the ERP system per established rules.
• Maintains relationships with established and new customers.
• Supports Outside Sales Team and communicates account feedback.
• (Small Branches) assist with delivery and pickup of materials as needed.
