• Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services.
• Follows up on quotes, negotiates, and closes transactions.
• Coordinates shipping and material information to ensure right product delivery on time.
• Enters orders into the ERP system following established rules.
• Maintains relationships with existing and new customers.
