Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial inside sales and/or purchasing experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial automation and electrical equipment desired.
• Familiarity with Epicor P21 software (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Enter quotes, sales, service, and purchase orders into ERP.
• Serve customers in person and by phone to grow sales.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer orders.
• Maintain accuracy of transactions and records.
• Create new part numbers in the company database.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates, customers and vendors.
• Assist walk-in customers to identify products and solutions.
• Update vendor delivery dates to reflect changes.
