Job summary

Black Label Services Inc. seeks an Industrial Inside Sales/Purchasing support role to enter quotes and orders, assist customers in person and by phone, and coordinate order fulfillment. The position emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and ERP system proficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate transactions, updating vendor data, and supporting inventory processes in a fast-paced environment. Prior automation experience is a plus; Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Industrial inside sales or purchasing experience (preferred).
• Experience with industrial automation and electrical equipment (desired).
• Familiarity with Epicor P21 software (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Enter quotes, sales, service, and purchase orders into the ERP system.
• Serve customers in person and over the phone to grow sales.
• Coordinate, fulfill, and follow up on customer orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates, customers, and vendors.
• Assist walk-in customers to identify products and solutions.
