OPW Clean Energy Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an onsite role in Cleveland, OH. You will handle inquiries, assist the sales team, and support order processing with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The position requires 3+ years of industrial customer service and inside sales experience, plus familiarity with ERP systems. Training will cover our products and markets, with opportunities to grow in medical, gas, and industrial sectors.

Formación

• Associates degree or certificate required; or years of experience will be considered.
• 3+ years’ experience providing exceptional customer service and inside sales in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of compressed gas products is highly beneficial.
• Caelus or other ERP systems (Infor XA) experience a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Outlook and Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus; Esker experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer inquiries/communications via email, phone, or other means in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Support the sales team to ensure customer quotes and orders are accurate and complete.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards all customers (internal and external) and promote company products and services.
• Respond timely to customer inquiries and when necessary to customer concerns/complaints.
• Attend regular customer service departmental meetings.
• Coordinate and manage in-house follow-ups on pending quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the medical, specialty gas, fill plants and industrial markets for Superior’s product lines.
• Follow-up on new customer leads as identified by management.
• Responsible for actively ensuring customer base retention.
• Provide back-up support to other sales/customer service members.
