• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel); ERP systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries/communications via email, phone, or other means in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Support the sales team to ensure customer quotes and orders are accurate and complete.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and promote company products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints; attend regular customer service meetings.
• Coordinate follow-ups on pending quotations, proposals, and inquiries; identify new sales opportunities.
