Job summary

Elevate Human Capital is seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Coordinator for a client in Pearland, TX. The role provides administrative and transactional support to the Sales team, focusing on expediting, documentation accuracy, and post-sale customer follow-up.

Key responsibilities include coordinating responses for customer requests, expediting orders, updating orders, and ensuring inventory and RMAs are accurate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• At least two years of administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated support to answer or coordinate responses for all requests from the assigned customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and RMAs.
• Expedite orders and incoming POs and Sales Orders; advise on changes to customer information.
• Update Sales orders with any changes to customer information.
• Other sales/expediting duties as assigned by manager.

EHC is currently looking for an Industrial Inside Sales Coordinator for a Client in Pearland, TX.

The After Sales Service Department Associate provides administrative and transactional support to the Sales team. This role focuses on expediting, documentation accuracy, and customer follow-up to ensure a high level of service after the sale is completed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Dedicated support to answer or coordinate responses for all requests from the assigned customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Comply with inventory control procedures and RMA's
• Expedite orders and incoming PO's and Sales Orders
• Advise sales of any changes on incoming PO's and Sales Orders
• Update Sales orders with any changes to customer information
• Other sales/expediting duties as assigned by manager.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
