Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to deliver industrial injury prevention services focused on total worker health at a meat processing facility in Oklahoma.

The role involves triage, first aid, injury case coordination, and ergonomic analysis to reduce musculoskeletal risks while promoting safe work practices. The ideal candidate has a health-related degree, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience in industrial/occupational health or ergonomics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in orthopedics, wellness, industrial/occupational health, or ergonomic experience preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred and ergonomic certification beneficial.
• BOC certification in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first-aid, education and escalation of care as needed.
• Facilitate communication among parties in injury cases and monitor medical care.
• Assist in finding temporarily modified work adhering to physical restrictions.
• Conduct ergonomic analyses to improve setup, posture, tools, and workstation design.
• Educate and coach workers to improve physical resilience and body mechanics.
• Develop job-specific agility routines for preventative work hardening.
• Maintain records of triage, assessment, and education.
• Collaborate with other WorkCare service lines for integrated care.
