Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. seeks a skilled injury prevention professional to deliver total worker health services at a meat processing facility in Guymon, OK. This role follows OSHA first aid guidelines and focuses on triage, education, and coordinated care across site teams.

You will promote healthy work practices, ergonomic improvements, and injury prevention strategies while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with onsite departments and clinical partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Physical Education, or related field.
• Must hold CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience in orthopedics, wellness, industrial/occupational health, or ergonomic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first-aid, education and/or escalation of care if needed.
• Facilitate on-going communication with all parties involved in managing an injury case.
• Support the injured employee, monitor medical care, promote efficient reporting, and participate in accident investigation.
• Assist in finding temporarily modified work in compliance with physical restrictions.
• Help employees prevent musculoskeletal injuries and illnesses through ergonomic recommendations.
