Job summary

Workcare Inc. is seeking a clinician to deliver industrial injury prevention services focusing on total worker health. Services align with OSHA first aid guidelines across a regional network at designated service centers.

The role includes triage, education, injury management, and ergonomic analysis to reduce musculoskeletal risks. You will provide on-site coaching, collaborate with medical teams, and promote sustained health improvements through movement, posture, and lifestyle guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Physical Education, or related field required.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
CPR/First Aid certification.
3+ years’ relevant experience in orthopedics, wellness, industrial/occupational health, or ergonomic work.
Master’s degree and Ergonomic Certification preferred.
BOC Certified, in good standing.

Responsibilities

Provide triage, first-aid, education and escalation of care as needed.
Facilitate communication among all parties in injury management.
Assist in finding temporary modified work complying with restrictions.
Conduct ergonomic analyses and recommend workstation adjustments.
Deliver on-the-job education to improve posture and body mechanics.
Develop agility routines and preventative programs; lead total worker health initiatives.
Maintain records for triage, assessments, and education and collaborate with other service lines.
