Job summary

Workcare Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to deliver industrial injury prevention and total worker health services. The role emphasizes on-site triage, first aid, ergonomic assessments, and coaching to reduce musculoskeletal risks across assigned sites.

You will educate employees, monitor care, support reporting, and collaborate with other service lines to ensure comprehensive injury prevention and healthy lifestyle practices. A driver’s license is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, exercise science, physical education, or related field required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in orthopedics, wellness, industrial/occupational health, or ergonomic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first-aid, education and escalation of care as needed.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with all parties managing an injury case.
• Support the injured employee, monitor medical care and report injuries.
• Assist in finding temporary modified work in line with physical restrictions.
• Conduct ergonomic analyses and recommend workstation improvements.
• Provide on-the-job education to improve body mechanics and resilience.
• Promote lifestyle improvements in nutrition, fitness and stress management.
• Develop job-specific agility routines for preventative work hardening.
