Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, general business, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience in customer service, sales or marketing administration.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-volume outbound calls and handle incoming leads.
• Coordinate with customer service on account payment status and communications.
• Coordinate with and provide support for senior and outside sales team members.
• Service assigned I&C customer accounts via telephone and email.
• Assist in marketing efforts and lead follow-up via email campaigns and calls.
• Utilize in-house CRM to manage lead pipelines and generate reports.
• Assist in trade show planning and booth logistics.
• Ship samples and items to customers and prospects as directed.
• Assist with marketing in hardcopy and digital media.
• Grow understanding of I&C products to support accounts.
• Organize and track product demo units.
• Monitor and support distribution accounts.
• Assist with travel planning for outside sales.
• All other duties as assigned.
