Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-volume outbound calls and handle incoming leads.
• Coordinate with customer service for account payment status and communication.
• Provide support for senior and outside sales team members.
• Service assigned I&C customer accounts via telephone and email.
• Assist in marketing efforts and lead follow-up via email campaigns and calls.
• Utilize CRM to manage lead pipelines and generate reports.
• Assist with trade show planning and booth logistics.
• Travel occasionally with senior sales team members.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
