Qualifications

• Experience leading industrial hydro blasting or high-pressure water blasting projects.
• Proven leadership of crews, supervisors, or multiple projects.
• Strong safety practices, site requirements, and regulations.
• Experience with project scheduling, labor planning, equipment coordination, cost control, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee hydro blasting projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Lead field supervisors and technicians to maintain productivity and quality.
• Develop schedules, coordinate equipment, manpower, and materials.
• Promote safety culture, enforce policies and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor costs, labor hours, equipment use, and profitability.
• Communicate with customers and operations leadership to address needs.
