Redi Industrial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Hydro Blast Project Manager to lead industrial hydro blasting projects from planning through completion. You will manage safety, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships while guiding field crews to deliver safe, high-quality service.

• Lead field staff to maintain productivity and quality.
• Develop project schedules and ensure material availability.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements on job sites.
• Monitor costs, labor hours, and equipment utilization.
• Communicate with customers and leadership to address needs.
• Review scopes, estimates, and work orders for accurate billing.

About the Position

With safety as our top priority, we are looking for a leader who can manage Hydro Blast projects from planning through completion while ensuring projects meet customer expectations, budget requirements, and established safety standards.

What You Will Do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee hydro blasting projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead and support field supervisors, crew leaders, and hydro blast technicians to maintain productivity and high-quality performance.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate equipment and manpower, and ensure the availability of materials and resources.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing company policies, OSHA requirements, site-specific procedures, and applicable industry regulations.
• Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, and overall profitability.
• Communicate regularly with customers, operations leadership, and field personnel to address project needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Review project scopes, estimates, work orders, and customer requirements to ensure accurate execution and billing.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Conduct jobsite visits to evaluate performance, support field teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality expectations.
• Assist with estimating, proposals, business development, and identifying opportunities to grow hydro blasting services.
• Hold teams accountable for performance while supporting employee development, training, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience managing industrial hydro blasting or high-pressure water blasting operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing crews, supervisors, or multiple industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety practices, jobsite requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Experience with project scheduling, labor planning, equipment coordination, cost control, and budgeting.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing project demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or operational reporting tools.
• A commitment to accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed.
