Job summary

Redi Industrial Services, LLC is seeking a Hydro Blast Project Manager to lead high-pressure water blasting projects from planning through completion. The role emphasizes safety, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction with a strong focus on leadership and team development.

You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with industry standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. This role requires travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hydro blasting or high-pressure water blasting projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite requirements.
• Experience with scheduling, labor planning, equipment coordination, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee hydro blasting projects from start to finish within safety, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Lead field supervisors and technicians to maintain productivity and quality.
• Develop project schedules and manage resources and materials.
• Promote safety culture by enforcing policies and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor costs, labor hours, equipment usage and project profitability.
• Communicate with customers and operations leadership to address needs and issues.
