Redi Industrial Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Hydro Blast Project Manager to lead industrial hydro blasting projects from planning through completion. You will manage safety, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships while guiding field crews to deliver safe, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes leadership, OSHA-compliant operations, and ongoing improvement in a family-owned, safety-focused environment. Willingness to travel to jobsites is required.

• Experience leading hydro blasting projects or similar industrial operations.
• Strong project scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers, operations, and field personnel.
• Commitment to safety, OSHA standards, and site procedures.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee hydro blasting projects from start to finish within budget.
• Lead field staff to maintain productivity and quality.
• Develop project schedules and ensure material availability.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements on job sites.
• Monitor costs, labor hours, and equipment utilization.
• Communicate with customers and leadership to address needs.
• Review scopes, estimates, and work orders for accurate billing.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
