Job summary

EnviroSmart Inc. is seeking an Industrial Services Superintendent to support projects in Hopewell, Virginia and surrounding areas. The role requires 10+ years of management experience and direct work with hydro blasting, vacuum units, and large cleaning equipment.

Expect outdoor work, shift variations, and 24/7 on-call readiness. Salary commensurate with experience. Candidates must hold a 30-hour OSHA, MSHA, and Confined Space training, with HAZWOPER preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in the industrial field.
• Must have clean driving record and a valid state driver’s license.
• Experience operating hydro blasting and vacuum equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and value across multiple crews and sites.
• Direct vacuum equipment operations and large industrial cleaning equipment.
• Plan scheduling and logistics for multiple crews.
• Lead hydro blasting activities and related industrial cleaning tasks.
