Job summary

Redi Industrial Services, LLC is seeking a Hydro Blast Project Manager to lead high-pressure water blasting projects from planning through completion. The role emphasizes safety, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction with a strong focus on leadership and team development.

You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with industry standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. This role requires travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced leader in industrial hydro blasting looking for your next opportunity? Redi Industrial Services, LLC, a leader in the industrial services industry, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Hydro Blast Project Manager to join our growing team.

With safety as our top priority, we are looking for a leader who can manage Hydro Blast projects from planning through completion while ensuring projects meet customer expectations, budget requirements, and established safety standards.

What You Will Do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee hydro blasting projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead and support field supervisors, crew leaders, and hydro blast technicians to maintain productivity and high-quality performance.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate equipment and manpower, and ensure the availability of materials and resources.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing company policies, OSHA requirements, site-specific procedures, and applicable industry regulations.
• Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, and overall profitability.
• Communicate regularly with customers, operations leadership, and field personnel to address project needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Review project scopes, estimates, work orders, and customer requirements to ensure accurate execution and billing.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Conduct jobsite visits to evaluate performance, support field teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality expectations.
• Assist with estimating, proposals, business development, and identifying opportunities to grow hydro blasting services.
• Hold teams accountable for performance while supporting employee development, training, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience managing industrial hydro blasting or high-pressure water blasting operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing crews, supervisors, or multiple industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety practices, jobsite requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Experience with project scheduling, labor planning, equipment coordination, cost control, and budgeting.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing project demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or operational reporting tools.
• A commitment to accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed.
