Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician III for industrial facilities in Greer, SC. You will service large-scale systems, perform advanced troubleshooting, and manage maintenance and upgrades across multiple sites.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial HVAC, EPA certification, and ability to read schematics and operate building automation controls. On-site work with potential travel, competitive benefits, and overtime opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with completion of HVAC technical training program.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial HVAC systems with progressive skill development.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification required.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial HVAC systems including complex controls, piping systems, and refrigerant management.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with building automation systems and control technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex industrial equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsabilités

• Advanced troubleshooting of intricate problems with industrial HVAC systems involving multiple components and complex interactions.
• Repairs on sophisticated equipment requiring specialized knowledge of industrial-grade systems and components.
• Work with building automation systems and controls to optimize performance and resolve system integration issues.
• Extensive preventative maintenance checks and inspections on industrial HVAC systems; identify issues before they become problems.
• Document maintenance activities and system performance data for trend analysis and optimization.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts and components for effective troubleshooting.
• Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Manage larger projects including installation of new equipment, system upgrades, and modifications.
