Job summary

JLL seeks an HVAC Technician III - Industrial to service large-scale systems in manufacturing and industrial facilities. This role requires advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation oversight to support complex equipment and building automation controls.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of industrial HVAC experience, EPA Universal certification, and the ability to read blueprints and manage multiple priorities on projects.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with HVAC technical training; 3–5 years of experience in industrial HVAC; EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification; knowledge of industrial HVAC with complex controls, piping, and refrigerant management; ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation; experience with building automation systems and controls; strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex industrial HVAC systems.
• Execute repairs on sophisticated equipment and work with building automation controls to optimize performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and trend analysis; document activities and performance data.
• Manage larger projects including installation of new equipment, system upgrades, and modifications; coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
• Provide safety compliance and emergency response in industrial settings.
