Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Maintenance III to perform skilled HVAC maintenance across district facilities. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with leadership responsibilities for the maintenance team.

Emphasis on HVAC reliability and safety for students, staff, and visitors. The role requires five years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA CFC certification, and a valid South Carolina driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with HVAC vocational training and 5 years HVAC experience.
• EPA universal CFC certification required.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Leads installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment in district facilities.
• Monitors energy management systems for safe, efficient operation.
• Calibrates control systems to optimize HVAC performance.
• Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and related systems.
• Provides leadership and training for junior staff.
