Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license with no major or frequent violations.
• Willing to join UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results under supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems; respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep customers informed of job progress and issues as needed.
• Provide recommendations to ensure facility runs efficiently and upsell opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations.
