EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician I in Boulder, CO to maintain, troubleshoot and service commercial HVAC systems. The role involves reading operation schematics, monitoring BMS, and performing preventive maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or HVAC certificate/licence, EPA Universal Refrigeration Licence, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with potential on-call duties and safety compliance expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; HVAC certificate or state license preferred.
• Must possess EPA Universal Refrigeration License.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
