EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems in Mobile, AL.

You will read operation sequences, monitor BMS, and perform data-driven troubleshooting while maintaining safety standards. Requirements include a high school diploma with an HVAC certificate or license, EPA Universal Refrigeration license, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and HVAC technical certificate or state license.
• Experience with industrial/commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Read sequences of operation and schematics to service equipment and controls.
• Monitor BMS and refrigerant systems; perform tests, data analysis and report findings.
• Maintain logs, records and inventories; ensure safe, clean work areas.
• Assist with on-call duties and collaborative maintenance with other technicians.
