Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You will work with ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDCs and ventilation, recording data and maintaining logs.

The role requires a high school diploma or HVAC certificate, a valid driver's license, EPA license, and the ability to read, write and communicate effectively; bilingual Spanish is a plus. On-site work with on-call emergencies is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 2-year HVAC certificate or state license preferred.
• Experience with industrial/commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Valid driver's license; EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
• Ability to read, write reports and communicate effectively; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, installs, troubleshoots, repairs and monitors HVAC systems.
• Monitors BMS, checks refrigerant systems, and records readings.
• Analyzes root causes; documents corrective actions and future work.
• Keeps logs for equipment operation, lubrication, filters, belts and parts.
• Assists with major repairs; coordinates with CMMS planner/scheduler.
• Follows OSHA safety practices and uses PPE; on-call after hours.
